Cancellation Policy

If appointment is cancelled 2 hrs before scheduled booking all deposits are non-refundable. If you are a hour or more late; your session will be canceled. If you know that you will be late please make every effort to contact us to let us know your status. After an hour, your deposit is non-refundable and the working staff has the option to cancel the session. Please be on time.
